Our primary concern...
To develop a program that meets YOUR needs.

Our job...
To help you achieve your goal safely and guide you to a healthier lifestyle.

The first session with your trainer will involve a review of your medical and exercise history, realistic goal setting and fitness testing. This information will then be used by your trainer to design a workout program specifically for you based on your current fitness level, your time constraints and fitness goals.

Your trainer will teach you the safest and most time efficient ways to reach your fitness goals with in-depth explanation of topics such as:

- Proper exercise selection for your specific goals
- Proper form and technique to insure results and prevent injuries
- The importance of strength training for weight loss and injury prevention
- Understanding target heart rates
- Proper intensity levels required to reach your goals
- How to avoid overtraining and injuries
- How to boost your metabolism
- Proper duration and frequency of exercise
- The importance of flexibility training

- How to supplement your routine with Group Exercise classes
- Nutrition: the deciding factor in reaching your fitness goals

Throughout your program, follow-up testing will be used to chart your progress and adjust your routine to ensure continued improvement. The knowledge you gain from working with a trainer is yours forever. We actually train you to train yourself!
