Wellness Orientations

Every day is a chance to learn something new! Let our trained wellness staff help you get started at the Y by signing up for a Wellness Orientation.

We want you to feel totally comfortable at your Bristol Y. Let us show you the ropes,
help you set up a workout routine, and teach you how to use the equipment.

Sign up for FREE Wellness Orientations (it’s basically a free personal training session).
If you just want a little accountability to get to the Y, we’re here for that too!

Each session is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and experience. We can:

  • Show you how to use Nautilus and other equipment
  • Level up your strength routine in the weight room
  • Create a weekly workout plan with you
  • Be your accountability partner
