We want to make sure you feel comfortable at your Bristol Y. Let us show you the ropes, help you set up a workout routine, or teach you how to use the equipment!

You can sign up for FREE orientations (which is basically like free personal training sessions)! Even if you just want some accountability for making it to the Y for a workout, we’d love to be there to support you!

Each session is tailored to fit your personal needs, fitness level, and experience. We can show you how to use the nautilus equipment, how to up-level your workout in the weight room area, create a weekly workout plan for you, or be an accountability partner. We are here to be a valuable resource for you and your workouts!
